As Ramadan approaches set your personal intentions, goals, and expectations for the month.
Ask yourself:
Why am I fasting?
What goals do I have for the month?
How can I improve my relationship with Allah?
What can I do to gain the most rewards this month?
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended."
Sahih al-Bukhari 1 (Book 1, Hadith 1)

Ibadah. Incorporate acts of worship in your day.
Resting. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep daily.
Goals. Set aside time to work on personal goals.
Studying. Find time to complete coursework and revise.• Free Time. Take time to unwind & connect w/ loved ones.
Find an ideal study area that works for you. Avoid places that maybe distracting. Ex. a quite space at home or at a local library.
Take frequent breaks while studying. Small breaks can help you avoid losing focus or burning out while revising.
Plan your routine based on your needs. Figure out what you need to study or focus on based on upcoming exams or deadlines and prioritize your time accordingly.
For suhoor eat complex carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, bananas etc. These are slow energy releasing food perfect for those long fasting days. Dates are amazing for energy.
Rinse your face with cool water or showers to re-energize throughout the day while fasting.
Try sipping water at night. This can help you keep hydrated for the following day of fasting.
Make time for what you enjoy or find relaxing. Taking a short afternoon nap can be reenergizing.
Do what works for YOU. Be realistic when creating a routine based on your personal ability, needs, and time.
