We're glad you're here because it shows that you first and foremost are seeking to be an upright and productive Muslim by giving back to others and secondly you believe that the work being done at As-Siddiq Muslim Organization, with Allah's permission and blessing, is of benefit to the community.

As Muslims, we are keenly aware that there is more we must do than listening to lectures, attending seminars, and praying at the masjid. Our education and inspiration should motivate us to have a positive impact on our community. We can have an impact by donating our money or volunteering our time and energy towards others in need, towards benefiting those around us or towards those in so many places all around the world. Allah (S) tells us in the Holy Qur'an:

“And whoever volunteers good [i.e. excess] – it is better for him” (Holy Qur’an 2:184)

“And whoever volunteers good – then indeed, Allah is Appreciative and Knowing.” (Holy Qur’an 2: 158)
